Kèr Lakwàjodù (/ˈlakwə/ /ˈʤodʊ/ [premiere] [long]) is a subtropical Town located in the Altodålph Region of the Tetbur Commune.

The name Kèr Lakwàjodù is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Lakwàjodù was founded by Curulaeril Lloyd, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Kèr Lakwàjodù has a yearly average temperature of 25°C (77°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 22°C (71°F). Overview

Kèr Lakwàjodù was founded durring the late 14th century in summer of the year 1353, by Curulaeril Lloyd. The establishment of Kèr Lakwàjodù suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.

Kèr Lakwàjodù was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Lakwàjodù is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Kèr Lakwàjodù is buildings are located arround a single premissive canals mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town sits behind an impressive looking clay brick wall. The wall is notable for querried stone blocks being used to renforce the clay bricks in the expected manner and locations. While the wall was built to the exact specifications of modern fortifications, one has to wonder why the money invested into creating such a well fortified wall wasnt spent on a less impressive looking wall crated from sturdier materials. Kèr Lakwàjodù's walls would endure a brief bombardment, but only from light siege weapons. It seems more likly the town's walls were not designed with defence in mind but rather lending the town a certain air with visitors. Unfortuantly, these boondoggle-of-a-fortified wall are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.

A look around Kèr Lakwàjodù has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scuttling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Maybe it’s all of those things together, or perhaps it's the way these elements combine which makes you worry someone might stab you in a dark ally for your boots. It’s not filthy, or dark, but the smiles seem strained, the locals seem to glare daggers in eachothers backs a little too much, and everyone is armed at all times. You may want to keep an eye on your valuables, and make sure you don’t wind up in any position of power. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Kèr Lakwàjodù long.

Kèr Lakwàjodù's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by grandeur of scale, simplicity of geometric forms, dramatic use of columns, and a preference for blank walls. This design ethos extended to re-imagining earlier styles of structure to create them anew, with a similar overall look and feel to one another..

In Kèr Lakwàjodù every night at precisely midnight every structure in town is engulfed by sailors fire until the end of the witching hour.

The Dlurgraven near Kèr Lakwàjodù are known to be quite timid.

History

Almost every community has some problem with bandits and highwaymen, but Kèr Lakwàjodù is seriously plagued with raiders. One or more groups of persistent plunderers are hitting the community repeatedly, and they lack the necessary resources to fend them off or protect all their holdings.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century was struck by a great wind storm. A great funnel cloud itself touched down in Kèr Lakwàjodù, bringing twisting winds which killed 216 people, 353 livestock, and 52 buildings in the disaster.. The disaster is generally remembered as the Howling Winds of Terror.
